What information does the Hammonton Lions Website ask for and how is it used?

When you use the Contact Us form, you are asked to provide certain information, such as your name and contact information. We use this to facilitate the administration of our email service and to prevent frivilous use of server space..

Yes, you can always choose whether or not to disclose information through the Contact Us form. If you choose not to input your name and email address through the web form, you are offered the opportunity to communicate with us directly by email and a link is provided.

Who has access to my personally identifiable information?

We archive messages only as reference for future communications. We do not share or give any information you provide with any outside agency or company. We do not maintain a database of contact information except that we do maintain and update our email address book the Hammonton Lions only, for internal club and district communications. Your message will still be archived but not used unless we need to refer specifically to the communication you initiated. We will not add your name to our club email list if you check the box.

What if I need to change the personal information I previously disclosed?

If you have communicated with us and we have collected your email address for the club address book, we will appreciate your letting us know if your email address changes or if you discontinue email service. If you initially did not check the "Do Not Add to Email List" box and later decide you do not want to be included in district email notifications, please contact us by email and request that your name and email information be removed from our address book.
